The advantage of the apartment in the Partynicka5 building is a turnkey finish in a high standard. The restaurant is equipped to meet the main assumptions, i.e. functionality and universality. Thanks to this, the apartment is adapted both to the needs of renting for a few months, as well as long-term.

In the apartment, we provide elements that facilitate everyday functioning, such as a kitchen and a bathroom with household appliances (fridge, hob, dishwasher, oven with a microwave function, washing machine), bedroom space or wardrobes and additional furniture. There will also be full equipment, including an iron, kettle, cutlery and tableware, allowing you to freely use the apartment immediately after moving in.

By choosing a fully furnished apartment, you don’t waste time on completing the equipment and you can move in immediately. The space and custom-made furniture are designed to accommodate all the things necessary for everyday functioning, and high-end equipment will make you feel at home – regardless of whether you stay here for a longer time or it will be a temporary place during a weekend trip .

Residents also have free access to the Kaleciński Park, which is literally a few meters from the building. In the park you will find a lot of greenery, walking trails and a playground for children. There are also public parking spaces next to the building (the number is limited).

A great advantage of an apartment in the Partynicka5 building is a flexible approach to the lease agreement, regardless of its duration. Tenants can also count on rent that includes administrative fees, energy consumption and TV.

Contract term and conditions

We offer flexible rental (contract for an indefinite period) with a two-month notice period. You don’t have to commit yourself to a long-term contract. However, if you want to live for longer, you can use the contract for 12 months with a lower deposit.

The rent includes all administrative fees and utilities i.e. electricity, water, heating, municipal waste and TV.
